Return and Refund Policy
We have a no-questions-asked return policy.
You will be charged a 15% restocking fee on the invoiced MRP.

Return requests are accepted within 7 days of product receipt.
Please return items in their original packaging with all accessories intact.
Customers are responsible for the transportation or courier charges.
RadiantGlow Lighting Company will conduct verification and checks on returned products.
It takes 5-7 working days to process the refund once the product is received in good condition.
It could take up to 2 business days to issue a credit note for returned items in perfect condition.

Exchange PolicyÂ
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, contact customer service via email at radiantglowlighting@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
If you receive a broken or non-working product, please share an unboxing video of the article with us to help us raise concerns with the correct logistics partner.
Any issues with the product must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for a 100% free product replacement.
If the issue is reported within a week post-delivery, a 15% charge of the order value will be applied, and a replacement will be provided.
Product issues reported after one week from delivery will not be entertained for replacement.
Microscopic defects not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained.
Upon receiving your complaint, RadiantGlow Lighting will verify its authenticity and nature. If deemed genuine, we will promptly initiate the replacement process.
The returned products are subject to verification and checks by RadiantGlow Lighting to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.

Cancellation Policy
At RadiantGlow Lighting, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to modify or cancel your order. However, to ensure the smooth processing of your order, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Confirmed orders are non-cancellable. This means that once your order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Modifications
If you need to make changes to your order before it ships, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Our team will be happy to assist you with the changes.
Cancellation from “My Orders” Page
